Rare Earth Conveyors Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organisation specialising in supply of heavy duty conveyor belts and industrial maintenance solutions. Our goal is to help clients in cement, steel, power and ports sector improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs.

We are looking for a field-smart Sales Manager who is able visit cement, steel, thermal power plants and ports/bulk handling terminals and engage with engineers and maintenance teams and maintain strong client relationships.This will require travelling across Indonesia so apply only if you are comfortable travelling.

From our side, we will fully support you with strong technical backing from an international brand, strong user references, case studies, performance certificates, product training and documentation, and direct interaction and support during customer meetings through V.C. or Physical visit.

If you've sold any industrial consumables such as conveyor belts, conveyor components, rubber liners, bearings, rollers, fasteners, lubricants and have the confidence and capability to effectively communicate with plant engineers on site, this role fits you.

We don't believe in rigid salary/pay range. If you are seeking growth and would be interested, we are open to discussing a higher pay package tailored to your capability and market value. For the right candidate, we are prepared to reward proven performance.

Bonuses are issued as well for converting enquiries into trial orders and for new customer registrations as well.

Your performance and progress will be reviewed every 6 months, with the objective of supporting your growth into a larger country representative role for Indonesia as the business expands.
