Position: Front Office/Reservation Staff

Location: Sanur, Bali

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Handle reservations and bookings through various OTA platforms, including Little Hotelier and booking.com

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or reservation roles

• Proficiency in Little Hotelier, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and a proactive
