APEX Sports Village is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Staff to support the operation, maintenance, and development of our sports and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MEP systems and a strong background in construction, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Monitor the performance and reliability of building utilities and equipment
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance works
• Support project execution, fit-out, and facility development activities
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and site implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure all MEP works comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning and asset management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, construction, engineering, or facility management
• Experience handling large-scale projects such as hotels, resorts, sports facilities, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, and building utilities
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and as-built drawings
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Based in Bali and willing to work in Uluwatu
