Marketing StaffAbout the Role

We are seeking highly motivated, target-oriented, and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Marketing Staff. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to customer acquisition efforts within the futures trading industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute both online and offline marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, chat platforms, social media, and face-to-face meetings using the company's database.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Support the implementation of promotional programs, seminars, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Present the company's products and services in a professional, informative, and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to achieve marketing and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, business opportunities, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer engagement, and sales pipeline development.
• Ensure customer information and marketing databases are properly maintained and updated.
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or a related field.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, highly motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to work toward both individual and team performance targets.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Executive, Business Development Staff, Sales Executive, Account Executive, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Compensation
