What You'll Do

We are looking for a Planning and Control Lead to join our team in Indonesia.

The role responsibilities include:

• To act as the focal point for project controls on the site and to integrate all project controls activities within the portfolio of projects undergoing delivery at site.
• Analyse performance of projects and clearly communicate progress, issues, threats, and opportunities based on project controls deliverables and insights.
• Manage and drive project baseline changes for projects within the supported site project portfolio, working with the change & baseline lead in Project Controls to plan and report on progress.
• Oversee the implementation of project controls processes, systems and toolsets for the supported site project portfolio.
• Provide informed advice on all aspects of project controls process implementation including WBS, CBS, RBS, EVM.
• Interpret and report upon Earned Value Management metrics and other significant project KPIs that form Project Controls.
  Support the resolution of complex Early Warnings/Compensation Events across multidisciplined project teams, ensuring the outcomes are reflected in project controls products and progressed through change control where necessary.
• Support the Programme/Project Delivery Manager in the preparation and review of the business planning cycle ensuring funding requirements of the projects are correctly captured.

What You'll Have:

The role responsibilities include:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Project Controls within the resources, construction and infrastructure sectors
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Controls Lead role
• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring others in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with conflicting priorities and limited time available.
• Proficient in the use of computers and commonly used business software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English is required.
• Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Worley and its clients needs.
