PT Berlian Sistem Informasi is an IT service and consultation company which was established in 1996. We are one of the subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) Japan with customer ranging mainly from MC Group and other Japanese companies.

With 20 years of experience and more than 200 consultants, we provide wide range of IT services which covers infrastructure as well as application services. Some of our services are data center services, network & communication services as well as application for financial, human resources and production area.

With customer coming from automotive, manufacturing and multifinance industry we strive to provide the most suitable services for our customers following our motto "Your Success is Our Treasure".

Job Descriptions:
Manage daily operations including facilities management, security, logistics, and office administration.

Ensure the availability and suitability of company facilities.

Responsible for procurement and management of office inventory, equipment and work supplies.

Analyzing office facility needs

Manage facility maintenance and repair schedules as needed.

Analyze the costs of providing and maintaining all facilities and equipment in the company.

Submit the purchase of office facilities to the procurement team

Establish relationships and cooperation with facility provider vendors.

Handle administration needs and all payment (inovoice, etc) then collaborate with stakeholders until pay off

Collaborate with HC team to handle on-boarding and off-boarding employees

Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university

Preferable have 1-3 years experience in General Affair

Have a competency in communication (verbal & written) and collaboration with stakeholders

Have an initiative to complete the task better and faster

Able to handle task and good time management

Have a willingness for self-improve & self-learning

Able to work in a Team & independently

Have a passion & commitment to work
