Real Singapore merchants run on EasyBiz every day, taking payments and printing receipts. This is a fully remote role based in Indonesia, working the same time zone as our customers.

We are AI-heavy by design. Our customers get an AI assistant inside the product, and so do you. It answers your questions, does setup work for you, and can teach you the whole system. You do not need to arrive an expert.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Setup: configure each new customer's products, prices, outlets and receipt printers so they are genuinely live in their first week.

Training: walk owners and their staff through the system over video or phone. Your student may be a 62-year-old cashier who only uses WhatsApp.

Daily support: handle tickets and messages. Why is the receipt not printing? How do delivery orders come in? Work out yourself whether it is a configuration issue or a bug before escalating.

Retention: these are standard accounts on a few hundred SGD a month. You keep them live, using the product, and not churning.

Documentation: turn the questions you answer twice into help centre articles and SOPs, and feed them to our AI assistant so you never answer them a third time.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years in SaaS customer success, onboarding, implementation or technical support. POS, retail, F&B or e-commerce SaaS is a strong plus.

Fluent Mandarin and English, spoken and written. Many of our merchants are Singaporean Chinese business owners who prefer to be served in Mandarin, while our product, documentation and backend are in English. This is a hard requirement.

Genuinely patient, and able to explain complex things in plain language. This matters more than anything else on this list.

Self-troubleshooting: when a printer will not pair or orders are not arriving, you can narrow down where the problem is instead of forwarding it straight to engineering.

Remote-disciplined: the follow-up you promised actually happens. Your queue lives in a system, not your head.

Based in Indonesia, working Singapore hours (WIB is one hour behind Singapore).

NICE TO HAVE

Hokkien or another Chinese dialect. Experience writing help centre content or tutorials. You already use AI tools heavily in your daily work.

WHAT WE OFFER

IDR 12,000,000 to 18,000,000 per month, based on experience.
