JobDesk:

1. Set up incentive programs, including defining targets, payouts, and terms.

Minimum requirement (Mandatory) :

1. Min D3 any major

2. Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field/admin finance/admin ops

3. Have Intermediate/Advanced excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel -- proven by Excel test

4. Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%

5. Good mathematic skill -- proven by mathematic test

6. Good analytical skill

7. Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English -- proven by English test

8. Able to work within dynamic environment

9. Willing to work in the shifting schedule (attach consent form)

10. Fast response, effective and efficient in working

Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:

Gross Basic Salary : 5.729.876

Night Allowance (If Full) : 300.000 (base on assignment & Approval AM by KPI)

Attendance Allowance (If Full) : 300.000 (base on attendance & Approval AM by KPI)

Health Insurance : Card with premi 150.000
