Corporate Secretary & Legal Supervisor
Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Corporate Secretary function.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written.

Main Job Description:

• Managing reporting activities related to the Corporate Secretary.
• Acting as a liaison between the company and shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Handling corporate actions and events; such as GMS, public expose and press conference.
• Monitor company’s compliance with updated capital market rules and related statutory regulations.
• Handling legal tasks.
