WE’RE #HIRING — CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Are you an Instrumentation & Control Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation, and keeping industrial systems running reliably?

We are looking for an experienced Control & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to join our team and take a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial control and instrumentation systems.

Position: Control & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct routine inspection, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC control systems and field instruments.

* Maintain instrumentation including pressure, flow, level, temperature, weighing systems, actuators, and related equipment.

* Develop maintenance plans, calibration procedures, instrument databases, and maintenance/calibration records.

* Troubleshoot control system communication issues, measurement deviations, and automation system faults.

* Optimize control logic and automation systems to ensure stable and reliable operation.

* Support system upgrades, equipment modifications, design reviews, testing, and commissioning.

* Guide and provide technical training to local instrumentation technicians.

Coordinate with instrumentation suppliers/vendors for technical consultation and after-sales service.

REQUIREMENTS

* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

* Minimum D3 in Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering,

* Measurement Engineering, or related fields.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and automatic control system maintenance.

* Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS, preferably Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent systems.

* Familiar with standard instrument calibration methods.

* Able to independently perform troubleshooting and maintenance of automatic control systems.

* Able to understand technical drawings and technical documentation accurately.

* Good technical/practical skills, attention to detail, and strong safety awareness.

* English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.

* Experience in industrial conveyor systems, power plants, or chemical industries will be an advantage.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A hands-on engineer who can diagnose problems, work independently, optimize control systems, and ensure instrumentation reliability in daily operations.
