About DVH Luxe Retreats

DVH Luxe Retreats is a fast-growing international holiday home management company with established operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, now expanding in Bali.

We manage a portfolio of premium villas across Canggu, Berawa, and surrounding areas, operating short- and mid-term rentals for both local and international guests.

With recent changes to Bali’s licensing and permit enforcement, we are strengthening our local team to ensure our villas operate fully compliantly, professionally, and sustainably.

The Role

This is a critical compliance-led role, ideal for someone who already understands Bali’s villa licensing landscape and has hands-on experience working inside a villa management or holiday home company.

You will be responsible for permits, licensing, compliance administration, and core back-office coordination, ensuring DVH’s villas meet all local regulatory requirements while supporting the wider operations team.

This is not a corporate desk role — we are a small but fast-growing company, so we value someone who is practical, organised, and happy to help where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Licensing & Compliance

• Manage and apply for all required villa permits and licences (OSS, tourism-related permits, local approvals, etc.).
• Track compliance status for each villa in the portfolio.
• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, notaries, and village (banjar/desa) representatives as required.
• Monitor regulatory updates affecting short-term rentals and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure documentation is kept organised, updated, and audit-ready.

Administration & Finance Support

• Handle basic bookkeeping and administrative tracking (expenses, bills, invoices).
• Ensure utilities, service providers, and operational invoices are paid on time.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense records, invoices, and receipts to the company accountant.
• Assist with owner statements and monthly payout tracking where required.

Operations Support

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance works when needed.
• Occasionally inspect villas to confirm works have been completed or identify issues.
• Support the Operations Manager with admin-heavy tasks to keep villas running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with villa licensing and permits in Bali (essential).
• Background in a villa management company, holiday home operator, or hospitality business.
• Strong understanding of Bali’s current short-term rental compliance environment.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable handling admin, paperwork, and follow-ups.
• Able to work independently and proactively in a small team.
• Bahasa Indonesia required; English working proficiency preferred.
