We are expanding our product and design team and seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision for our next-generation web and mobile applications.

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining and executing the design strategy for our trading and client-facing platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create data-driven, user-centric designs that blend functionality, performance, and aesthetics.

This role suits someone who can balance hands-on design work with strategic design leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to implementation.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

• Establish and maintain a scalable design system and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into meaningful user experiences.

• Stay current with emerging trends in UX design, fintech, and mobile technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design (required).

• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience in responsive design, mobile-first design, and design systems.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage design priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, or financial applications.

• Familiarity with VueJS/NuxtJS, Flutter, or other front-end frameworks (for better developer collaboration).

• Knowledge of UX analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4).

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and international user behavior.

• Motion design, animation, or microinteraction experience is a plus.
