We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, processing inbound shipments, overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring the availability of raw materials, and preparing reports. The Warehouse Administrator will also create purchase requisitions and monitor raw material usage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular stock opname (stock-taking) in accordance with the schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments (from WH Bekasi to WH Supplier) to ensure the accuracy of items, quantities, etc.
  • Execute administrative tasks systematically.
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials for the production process according to the standard minimum stock levels.
  • Supervise and prepare weekly reports on waste raw materials for production, sample inbound, and sample QC.
  • Create purchase requisitions (PR) as needed for production and submit them to the WH Supervisor (SPV).
  • Monitor and oversee the usage quantities of raw materials in the factory.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma 3 or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse management systems).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Based at our warehouse facility.
  • 3-month contract, possible to renew
