Professional ProfileExperienced Freelance Controls & Automation Engineer specializing in industrial automation, machine control systems, drive technology, and process optimization. Proven expertise in PLC programming, motion control, industrial communication networks, machine safety, and troubleshooting within highly automated production environments. Strong track record of improving machine performance, reducing cycle times, optimizing positioning accuracy, and ensuring reliable operation through systematic diagnostics and continuous technical improvements.

Scope of work:

• analyses current issues from the automation technique, error handling and develop solutions together with the supplier solving the same
• analyses of current process and throughput issues improving the solutions

Minimum Requirement:

• 3 years of experience of managing integrating automation projects
• Fluent in Chinese is a must

• Rapid interpretation of electrical schematics (EPLAN and similar systems).
• Systematic fault finding in control cabinets using measurement equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools.
