Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Contract Administration: Assist the sales and account management teams with the preparation, processing, and archiving of merchant contracts and commercial agreements.

2. Data & CRM Management: Ensure all merchant data, contract statuses, and sales activities are accurately logged and consistently updated within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

3. Store Setup & Catalog Support: Handle the administrative side of store configurations, including data entry for new merchant setups, updating product catalogs, pricing adjustments, and operating hour changes in the backend system.

4. Reporting & Tracking: Assist in compiling data and generating routine reports on sales performance, campaign participation, and pipeline progress using Google Sheets / Excel.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as an administrative liaison, raising and tracking support tickets to resolve backend issues (e.g., payment discrepancies, device errors) with internal teams like Operations, Tech, and Customer Service.

6. General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the North Sumatra Mart team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience: 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Data Entry, or a General Administrative role.

2. Fresh graduate with internship experience in the same role and function

3. Familiarity with a fast-paced startup workplace, e-commerce, or tech industry is highly preferred.

4. Background in IT would be a plus.

5. Administrative Excellence: Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail. You take pride in data accuracy and can manage multiple administrative requests simultaneously without making errors.

6. Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office.

7. Comfortable navigating complex internal backend systems and CRM tools (like Salesforce); background in IT would be a plus.

8. Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with internal commercial teams and various support departments.

9. Mindset: A proactive, reliable problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a high-performing sales team.
