Front-End Intern

Location: Zettabyte Pte. Ltd. – On-site, Yogyakarta

Working Hours: Full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Western Indonesian Time)

Internship Duration: 4 Months

Job Description

We are looking for a Front-End Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the development of user-facing features for Zettabyte’s software products. This is an internship with a stipend for final-year students or fresh graduates from IT majors who have good logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interest in front-end development.

As a Front-End Intern, you will support the development team in building, maintaining, and improving front-end features. You will gain practical experience in front-end development, user interface implementation, web interaction, feature testing, documentation, and development workflows.

The intern will work closely with the engineering team and is expected to be willing to learn, follow technical guidance, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to assigned front-end-related tasks, including coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing user experience interactions with cross-browser compatibility.
• Support performance optimization and problem diagnosis.
• Assist in developing and testing new features.
• Assist in defining coding standards and improving the development process.
• Assist in releasing features and documenting development processes.
• Write code following best practices to support the development of functional web applications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand assigned tasks, technical requirements, and front-end development workflows.
• Continuously learn and adapt to the newest technologies.

Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from IT majors are welcome.
• Good English skills, both oral and written.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Front-End Web Development.
• Interest in Angular Framework.
• Familiarity with Git Version Control.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Passionate about technology and web development.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Able to follow technical guidance and pay attention to detail.
• Committed to a 4-month internship program.
• Able to work full-time from an office in Yogyakarta.
