Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and qualified English Teachers who are enthusiastic about teaching and capable of delivering interactive and effective online lessons. As an Englishvit teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and levels, helping them improve their English proficiency for general or professional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging online lessons for both individual and group classes.
• Adapt lesson plans to cater to students' proficiency levels and learning objectives.
• Utilize digital teaching tools and platforms to enhance the virtual learning experience.
• Foster a supportive and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Prepare students for specific goals such as Business English, IELTS, or TOEFL, depending on their needs.
• Report teaching outcomes and gather feedback at the end of each program to inform ongoing improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
• Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• TOEFL score of 550+ or IELTS score of 6.5+ is required.
• Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and approaches, especially for language instruction.
• Comfortable using digital platforms for teaching (LMS, Zoom, Quizizz, etc.), with the ability to integrate multimedia resources to enhance lessons.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and motivate them to achieve their language goals.
• Ability to work with students from different cultural backgrounds, recognizing the impact of culture on language learning.
• Must be able to commit to a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
