Management Trainee – Sales (Full-Time | Jakarta – Work From Office)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and target-driven individual to join us as a Management Trainee – Sales. This role is designed to prepare future sales professionals through structured training programs, hands-on work experience, and active participation in client acquisition activities.
As a Management Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of sales, customer relationship management, and business development while actively contributing to company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs covering sales strategies, business development, client relations, and financial services.
• Lead Sourcing & Direct Outreach: Identify, contact, and engage prospective clients across multiple channels, including phone calls, messaging platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Needs Analysis & Consultation: Identify client requirements and deliver tailored information regarding company products and services.
• Sales Execution & Follow-Up: Perform regular follow-ups with prospective clients and guide them through the end-to-end sales pipeline.
• Client Acquisition: Support lead generation activities and drive personal and team sales target achievements.
• Database Management: Keep client information accurate, organized, and up to date within the company database.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and client acquisition workflows.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development efforts and progress.
• Professional Standards: Maintain high professional standards and deliver exceptional service in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of High School diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent); Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telemarketing, or Telesales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated to achieve peak performance.
• Strong desire to learn and build a career in Sales and Business Development.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
