Management Trainee – Sales Track | Full-Time | JakartaJob Description

The Management Trainee – Sales Track program is designed for highly motivated individuals who aspire to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, participants will gain comprehensive exposure to sales operations, customer engagement, business growth strategies, and leadership development.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals while developing the skills and competencies required to become a future leader within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the company's structured Management Trainee development program.
• Learn and understand the company’s products, services, sales processes, and business operations.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct presentations and provide product consultations to prospective and existing clients.
• Support customer acquisition and business development activities to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and related departments to support business initiatives.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, client databases, and business performance analyses.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
