Marketing StaffJob Description

We are looking for a communicative, target-oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong relationship-building skills to join our team as a Marketing Staff. This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, promoting the company's products and services, and supporting client acquisition initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active follow-ups with prospective clients through phone calls, chat platforms, and face-to-face meetings using the company's database.
• Provide information, education, and consultation regarding the company's products, services, and transaction mechanisms within the futures trading industry.
• Identify prospective clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve client acquisition and business development targets.
• Build, maintain, and develop professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present the company's products, transaction mechanisms, and service advantages in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Ensure all client communications, prospect follow-up activities, and client records are properly documented in accordance with company standards.
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service to create a positive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Telesales, Customer Relations, or related fields.
• Professional appearance with a positive work attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
• Quick learner with strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Results-oriented, highly motivated, and committed to achieving performance targets.
• Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales Representative, Relationship Officer, or similar role is an advantage.
