About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant Regional at PT. Elabram Systems, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent for our diverse client base in Central Java Area. This full-time position is based in Central Java, offering the opportunity to work in an energetic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidate pools to successfully placing the right individuals in the right roles.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and fit for our clients needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring requirements and market trends
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the human resources and recruitment industry or have a lot of candidate/connections in Central Java area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with both clients and candidates
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
• Proficiency in using recruitment-related tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and achieving client satisfaction
• Used to handle recruitment for Central Java area
• Willing to do remote and mobile work arrangements
• English conversation skill will be a plus point
